Delete your Flow Ai account and data

You can permanently delete your Flow Ai account inside the app:

1. Open Flow Ai.
2. Open Settings and Account Management.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

When in-app deletion succeeds, Flow Ai requests deletion of associated cloud records, removes locally stored cycle and health information, and then deletes the authenticated Flow Ai account.

Request deletion without using the app

Email privacy@flowai.app from the email address associated with your account. Include “Flow Ai account deletion” in the subject. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting a Flow Ai account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription separately through the store where it was purchased.

Retention

Account and application data are deleted without undue delay after verification. Limited records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or store-transaction obligations.
